A journey with great insights and a lot of knowledge exchange with Gabriel Villarreal. In "Customer Enchantment Techniques", we asked the entire team to rethink our way of serving and being on the side of our partners.
Afterwards, we gathered our customers, suppliers, employees and friends to attend a lecture on the Disney Way of Delighting Customers and Generating Unforgettable Experiences. Guest feedback was the best possible and reinforces our desire to always bring people together and exchange ideas.
Good Tournament - Beach Tennis

We had the pleasure of sponsoring and participating in the Torneio do Bem - Beach Tennis, an initiative by Esportes do Bem.
The initiative raised R$ 6,500 during one day of competition. Approximately 100 athletes competed in the tournament divided into three categories.
The amount was donated to food and toys and was entirely donated to the NGO PAC - Projeto Amigos da Comunidade.

Café com a Fil - Event on board

The edition of Café com a Fil this time had a different version: on board. A morning with a lot of information, knowledge exchange and networking that took place in the Port of Paranaguá and also in the Port of Santos. We would like to thank the customers and partners who were at the meeting and also our employees who were, once again, incredible and showed the FIL way of doing things.

A Copa Amigos de Tênis e Padel, um torneio beneficente chega a sua 10ª edição, conta com o apoio of the Paraná Tennis Federation in its organization, in addition to the FIL Group and Instituto Amigos.
In this edition, we had more than 20 supporters and we broke a record of registrations and collections – our goal is supporting the Institute Vida, the Ícaro Institute and also the Paraná Association of Hemophiliacs.

Mapping personas and understanding the dynamics of good service was the task of the Fil Group Logística team. Topics such as hospitality and service, buyer persona, check points for service excellence, INCOTERMS, customer care and a manual of good service practices were discussed – all with practical evaluations for ensure work efficiency.
